Starting at the Lend Lease Twin Waters sales office in 1997, Cathie played an integral role in the progression of the Twin Waters Coastal Community from its inception to the award-winning community it is today.

As a leader in property sales, Cathie has been the recipient of numerous awards for excellence in customer service. In 2003, 2005 and 2008 Cathie was inducted into Lend Lease’s elite Premier Club for her exceptional customer service, teamwork and sales results.

Nikki Scott
With more than 18 years experience in the real estate industry, Nikki knows what people are looking for. Over that time she has gained experience in all aspects of the business from administration and trust accounting to sales, management and property management.

Nikki started with Lend Lease in 2006 and has lived and worked in the Coolum area for more than 12 years.

In addition to owning her own real estate business in Noosa for four years, she has won numerous marketing and sales awards throughout her career. She also has a valuable understanding of the construction process, working for a developer in design and build.
