The Sunshine Coast is recognised as an area of outstanding natural beauty. With the rejuvenation of Hyatt Coolum, it is Lend Lease’s intention to do as much as possible to not only limit the environmental impact of our redevelopment work, but also to actively seek to promote better practice with regard to all issues of sustainability.

Sustainability in this case simply means ensuring that the interdependence of the built habitat and the natural habitat is maintained in such a way as to promote optimal results for both.

Lend Lease has invested significant time and money into achieving this balance. In partnership with our consultants we aim to continually search for better ways to implement our intentions.
